He is a co-author of innovative solutions for the e-commerce legal environment, also for one of the largest employers in Poland. In addition, he deals with banking and investment law and related legal issues at the border of science and industry. He also advises on penal fiscal law and the so-called white collar crime. He gained experience in a reputable law firm in Krakow. Since 2014, he has been associated with the Coordination Center of Foreign Law Schools of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Since 2016, he has been cooperating with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as an external expert serving as a member and secretary of the Team for Deregulation and Transparency of Law. He is also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Małopolska Regional Guarantee Fund in Krakow.

In 2015, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of history from the Department of Jewish History of the Institute of Jewish Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Author of over twenty scientific and popular science publications (including the history of law), two books on local history and co-author of two popular commentaries – legal guides published by Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Due to his additional education, he passionately manages the team dealing with historical and legal issues, advising, inter alia, in the field of former land easements and their contemporary importance in the investment risk assessment process.
