Five new lawyers joined Biernat & Partners in November 2017. They will provide services to the clients of our new Kraków branch.
These are the new members of our team:
Łukasz Kossacki-Lytwyn, PhD (history). He specializes in administrative law, particularly in property restitution (reprivatisation) and historical-legal proceedings, cross-border succession proceedings and criminal liability of management board members. He is also a recognized specialist in legal issues relating to science and industry (R&D).
Adam Ryś, a legal advisor specializing in Polish and EU fiscal laws, fiscal proceedings and administrative court proceedings. He provides advisory services in cases concerning labour and social insurance law, commercial law and bankruptcy law. Has unique experience in the area of legal regulations governing science, R&D and tertiary education.
Piotr Zakrzewski, PhD, specializes in criminal law, particularly in the issues of criminal liability, theory of guilt and unlawfulness. He has extensive practical experience serving as a judge’s assistant at the Appellate Court in Kraków and other courts.
Aleksander Wróbel is a lawyer specializing in criminal law, investment law and commercial and investment arbitration. He also works as a lecturer at foreign universities.
Iwona Kowalska is an attorney-at-law practicing civil law, corporate law and debt collection law.
